Seren is an obvious question to ask. I've thought for awhile now that this is going to be the quest where the option of killing a god would occur. The idea of taking the life of a god is certainly a conversation idea and doing it would certainly be pushing the envelope, which Jagex seems to like doing in quests. Back to Seren's involvement, I believe her and Zaros will be the two gods on the pedistel. Kill one and empower the other. Zaros said he wanted to become t1 I'm sure he knows where power like that would need to come from, so the character would do it.
Saying this should make you question what Zamorak's involvement will be. However with kindled spirits, Sliske is no longer a "neutral" faction. Zamorak weirdly is, he has history with both Seren and Zaros as well as the guardian.
So how I see it going is Zamorak going to Freneske for some reason meeting Zaros followed by Zaros summoning Seren. Zamorak gives us our guardian status back somehow so we can make the choice of who ascends and who dies (we totally get a "godslayer" title). And then a boss fight with Azzy/Braxorian, and Zamorak says I hope you made the right choice. Zamorak and whoever lived through the quest go to endgame.
I wonder if Jagex will force us to kill either Zaros or Seren. It is just that if either of them dies, then that would have a big impact on the lore.
Another thing is, if Mah dies, what will happen to her creations, a.k.a Seren, Zaros, the Mahjarrat and others.

That is what I was suggesting. It would certainly be a difficult choice for some players to make which so long as it's handled in a tasteful manner it can be used to create a great meaningful choice. There's no doubt that Zaros would kill Seren if to ascend to T1, Seren killing Zaros would likely be a me or him situation.
I agree in the feeling that at the end of all this there probably will be a choice between going with Zaros or Seren. But I also think they will add a neutral option perhaps the option to kill both. At least I hope so.

I do not think t2+t2=t1
NO
I do not ship ZamorakxZaros.
I follow them. And Marimbo, the best t5 god.

Maybe t2+t2+t4+sliske+stone of jas+brasica prime+staff of armadyl is tier 1?
Note that zaros and seren aren't as strong as guthix was.
I wonder what the reqs will be and if it won't be a way to short quest like the quests of now are -_-
EXP is not important, it's important to have fun and play with your friends.

Well lets think. Weakest elder created both seren, zaros and all children of mah and is still dreaming muspahs into existence. And still has power. I don't think even the combined powers of all gods is enough
