That is a good point, considering the lengths Zamorak and Saradomin went through to hide all traces of Zarosian existence. Destroying Senntisten and hunting the dragon riders for instance.

They all appear reformed with the Sixth Age, improved philosophies and so on.
Could Zamorak have respect for Zaros surviving, becoming stronger through the betrayal?

Out of context. Zaros' survival further proving Zamoraks ideology is deserving of merit.
Overall respect however, that is up for grabs since there are bigger fish to fry.

Overall respect however, that is up for grabs since there are bigger fish to fry. Respecting someone doesn't mean you have to like them. You can hate somebody so much the mere mention of them gets your blood pressure spiking to medical emergency levels. That doesn't mean you don't respect them.

Zamorak doesn't have to be like "Ermahgerd Zaros I'm serry I betreyed yoo! Notice me Senpie!" to respect Zaros. To acknowledge the power and cunning it took to survive, and to return at (possibly) full power unnoticed, that would be respect enough. A

Is there any conceivable situation in which Seren would work with Zaros?

Mod Osborne: Mah comes to mind. She's a primal force that would require both of them to stop, and they would likely be on the same side for that. Otherwise, they're somewhat opposed. One wants control, the other is disgusted by it.
