The main issue I'd have with Jex leading is that he has a pretty extreme sense of duty/justice. To put it lightly he's a white knight. While in many situations this is good, it has on occassion lead him to jump to a conclusion before all evidence was in and hurry to defend who he thought was the injured party.

A main example of this was the Aegon/Nerd mess. When Amascut came in to say that Nerd was Aegon, Jexel jumped to judgement and had to be calmed down a bit before he agreed to reach out to Amascut for the evidence that Amascut had.

Now, I will add though that Jexel does realize this and has been working on being more even handed. So, he could be a good leader as long as he continues to keep this in mind.

My 2 cents, Dethal is fine, no need for a change. If we have to have a change Helring would be a good choice. More laid back than others. Failing that, I should control the fc totally. We will move across their borders and pick our teeth with their bones. We will flush them from their homes and crush them beneath our paws. We will finally be free of the filthy Brown Tigers once and for all! White Tiger Kingdom! White Tiger World!

I don't think Dethal needs to be replaced, we handle things fine now that egg has been permabanned. But if we do decide on a new leader...I vote for Hazeel.

You had my vote up until the moment you made this post. Not inactive enough. Patrolling Lore FC almost makes you wish for a Great Revision.
