In general I think power levels/tiers are terrible, ruin immersion and should be left behind the scenes... but Jagex handles them pretty well. Not to say that the game wouldn't be better off without them, but at least they're not a huge detriment. Patrolling Lore FC almost makes you wish for a Great Revision.

I don't mind the tiers so much being something that players are aware of, but it shouldn't have been mentioned in DAT, Zamorak's rise in power could have been better explained by stating that he regained the power lost at the BoL. Making it something that in-game characters are aware of was an odd choice, being that Second Age humans wouldn't really have any accurate way of determining how the gods compared to one another. To our knowledge, they never got together for the divine olympics.

I think the fact that tier are can(n)on in game is really neat! It's just like Zaros to have his empire try to empircalize divinity. It highlights the dichotomy between 6th age culture and 2nd age culture. The 2nd age being efficient and pragmatic so they would quantify their gods so they could accurately factor in how much of x's power can be lent to cause z action to cause y to happen. For example, just think about how useful the tier would have been to Zaros when he was trying to calculate how much power he needed to draw from Loarnab. On the other hand the 6th age is far less efficient, the gods are slow to act, they are biding their time, jumping through hoops, having meetings. There's no need to measure divinity.

Alright...this is...the second time someone decided to bring their personal/clan drama to the FC. Once again, I did not kick anyone because I feel it's unfair to do so without warning. Well now I'm warning you.

Lore FC is not your personal army. We do not give a crap for your petty personal vendettas, especially when they have nothing to do with the FC.

If you look at the thread, you will notice there is no rule system. I don't need you to break a rule to ban you. I can ban anyone who is causing drama. I have been lenient, because overall this has been a relaxed community and I don't want to be the one who makes the atmosphere strict. But there is a line. It's my job to keep drama out of the FC, and if I don't ban people who cross the line, then I'm not doing my job.

So for emphasis, I will repeat it: If you go out of your way to bring personal drama into the FC, I will kick you and everyone involved. Runescape doesn't need a hero...it needs a villain. An all encompassing force of evil that will remain ever-threatening and use chaos to make the peoples of Gielinor tolerate each other, grow strong together, and fight side by side against this evil. I am that villain.

It's not about drama in general, it's about drama that has nothing to do with the fc.

So if something happened *in* the fc, and people then argued about that, it would technically be drama, but it would be an issue the fc has to resolve. I'm too Unaligned to have a forum signature.

If something happens in the FC between two FC members thats unfortunate, but understandable. All we can do is try to end the dispute quickly or move it to PM if it becomes too much. We're not babysitters, but we're willing to at least help out if it becomes a serious problem.

Going out of your way to bring outside drama into the FC, however, makes my gorge rise. It's happened twice in a month now. Without naming names, we had someone outside the FC bring TSP clan drama into it. And then we had an FC member stir drama up for Immortal Alliance and basically dragged them in here too. Runescape doesn't need a hero...it needs a villain. An all encompassing force of evil that will remain ever-threatening and use chaos to make the peoples of Gielinor tolerate each other, grow strong together, and fight side by side against this evil. I am that villain.

My clan and Hazeel informed me, and we had a pretty good laugh about it considering they couldn't care less.

I've also seen the screenshot of "Why" this drama was started to begin with.

All because the little man was trying to dig into my twitter, then happening upon my clan and trying to rile me up was literally the only reason, I can provide evidence of course.

I apologize that a baby tantrum aimed at me caused unrest, I was enjoying my retirement.

I wonder why this is tolerated though? Perhaps because I was the so called target of it?

Either way, try to keep me out of FC nonsense, Sky ;) I do appreciate my peace and quiet.

For the record, while I did start this, they were the ones who brought it into the FC. I merely said that I knew you -from- the FC. While I do apologize that it spilled over into the FC, and will avoid that in the future, I don't think I really did anything you didn't deserve.

Have a nice retirement though. You might want to avoid calling me the "little man" BTW, considering the whole running away thing and all.
