Wow, I just spend 2 hours reading the majority of this! :D Really great, and very detail - I admire your dedication.

Apologies, I'm completely useless at remembering lore but some obvious newer stuff that stood out as missing is the mirror from the elder artefact list. As well as gods like V and the sixth elder god. I'm sure there's more bits and pieces from the more recent quests that can be added too but it's late and I cannot think of anything else off the top of my head.
