The cancellation of expansions probably hurt this more than anything, however it is part of their Unfinished business plan.

Since Mod Osborne has confirmed they want to aim at finishing 5th age questlines or at least continuing them, the Seer's Graphics rework is likely to come out with Elemental Workshop V. Which I am pretty sure we are getting later this year. Come the Sixth-Age, the world will need the World Guardian.

Presumably only insofar as his surname reflects, at least possibly, a seer ancestry and the Seers' Village is, well, a village populated by seers. Bizarre Boron Fusswell, scryer extraordinaire. OSRS: POH ideas & RS3 minigames & achievement ideas !
