would probably get bored of leela quite soon also... osman possibly killing you is the only thing that keeps your interest in her going
osman has this entire network, is commited to his job... the wg is generally far too lazy for that sort of thing
you have ports, yes, but that's all self-interest and you didn't exactly start that from the ground up either Maybe YOU'RE too lazy, that doesn't mean the rest of us are.

oh, I definitely am, but... you can see from quests, and also to a less canonical extent from gameplay activities, that the wg has the attention span of a goldfish ad the work ethic of a stoner
