Saradomin:
Well there are plenty of humans you can take, or other beings such as Zilyana if you so choose. Take your pick!
Zamorak:
Moia (female).
Armadyl:
Kamiee or Idria (female).
Godless:
Kara-Meir or Garlandia (female). Even though Kara-Meir seems a bit abrasive, the novels show she suffered a lot in childhood from a number of factions.
Sliske:
Gregorovic (male). He's so lonely. Relomia (female). Let's be notice-me-senpais together.
Zaros:
Azzanadra (male). A beast and a gentleman, what more could you want? Char (female) for the passion and for pyromaniac shipping.
Seren:
Eluned (female). I posted about this before.
why no enakhra for zamorak? and isn't idria a tad, y'know, dead?

And as for Idria, she helped us out until she got killed by the Dragonkin. Revenge against the Kin fuelled by a tragic romance...that could work.
The factions should have more shippables though. An example for a ship with a Saradominist male could be Sir Owen. Do you want your love to rest in peace, or ask Lord Saradomin to save him? And that bittersweet ending when he comes back half-corrupted. Prepare for hell on RuneScape in Naval Cataclysm!

As a Knight of Falador, he has taken vows of poverty and chastity. The white mantles symbolize their chastity and purity.
