warning: skip the black text to skip minor spoiler from rs novels

ok edited; but what you read first at the book might not happen to be the reality shown at the end of it

800 years quote: from ancient tome

Original message details are unavailable.
Eight centuries and a score into the history of our land there came

eastern locked part of the city:

see world map, south-eastern sector is a currently a blank (undone) sector of the city which we don't know anything about

date 1100-1200 of misthalin-morytania war: case 27 of Varrock Museum. States the knights to have been humans, and even owns their helmets in the showcase.

from wikia, says that when you complete in aid of myreque quest, to unlock such case, Historian Minas says that the seven priestly warriors were temple knights. Although we cannot accept or deny it unless some1 can do the quest again; as the text is only told when you deliver him the old artifact for kudos :(

fourth age 2k years long: case 19 varrock museum

next time please try researching it yourself instead of asking others to find the info for you :@

Puppy, I ask that you edit that spoiler out of your post. Let him see for himself, please.

Edit: Warned him ingame. Currently chatting with him. :) Still, edit it out anyway, lest it spoil for anyone else.

Thank you, but that may still allow someone who reads it to figure it out, especially considering your quoting of that portion of what he said.

Edit: I should say, though, DoogleHallow himself will (possibly) be avoiding the thread for now. He's ordered the novels on Amazon, and Amazon tells him he'll get them on Friday. :)

Jagex have said both AOG and the Novels are canon.

AOG even gets a reference in the "Twice Burnt" lore, where Char plays the part of the Greater Demon Zebub, who plays a part in Armies of Gielinor "Saradomin Strikes" campaign as a Zamorakian commander.

At any rate, I agree Morytania's history is very confusing.

If it isn't too much to ask, could you link me to those confirmations, please? If this is true, it has some big implications for the rest of the Myreque series. If it is true, it makes an even bigger mess of what is already a confusing background history, and this further complicates the Myreque storyline. For example, how do we put the Burgh de Rott tome into its proper context if Drakan is the author. If somebody else wrote it, we have an even bigger mystery on our hands.

I am a servant of fate and control as I always knew I would be. Well ok I didn't know the fate part.

Some of them are interesting like Sliske but their emissaries give no reason to join and then some give good reasons to join and others are just dire. It's as if Jagex knew a couple interesting ones and then through the rest in just cause and forgot to think up a real argument.

I chose to aid Armadyl for the time being. His views are closest to mine. It's really interesting to see the ways of each god in such depth.

Saradomin's part of the book of gods might be interesting as it's about the Icyene. Gonna read the first chapter now.

Edit:

*Spoiler of book of gods and novels ahead!*

Novels are definitely canon. Kara-Meir is mentioned in the book of Gods.

*Spoilers end here*
