I cannot believe I missed this before, after spending hours and hours poring over lores trying to piece together the Morytanian timeline.
The Sleeping Seven depicts specifically the history of Morytania in the 4th Age, and the book includes the fall of Queen Efarity and the conquest of the Hallowlands before the Seven blessed the Salve to protect Misthalin. "Eight hundred years and score" places the fall of Hallowvale at Year 820 4th Age precisely, and the blessing of the Salve shortly after. I would assume that the Hallowlands were won from the vyres at the end of the God Wars, meaning that the tome in the Burgh De Rott tunnel was likely written at this time too.
Have I just been completely derp and restated something we had already figured out?
