It's difficult to say really, we all grow based on experiences of our lives. Zaros back then won't be the Zaros as of the Sixth Age. He's changed, especially since its been thousands of years, what's changed remains to be seen, could be worse or better. Does he have a better understanding of emotions, does he still seek control, is he the God everyone on Gielinor remembers?

We'll have to wait and see.

Its hardly fair to call someone created without emotions a sociopath.

Why not, it's accurate. It is, however, worth considering that being a sociopath doesn't necessarily make somebody evil or unethical (or willing to pursue stupid ideas like eugenics).

Most sociopaths are able to function quite well in society. In fact, certain jobs seem to attract them like moths to a flame (ex: lawyer, policeman, surgeon, journalist, or, oddly, chef).
