Quote from the Legend of Arrav, from Lores and histories:
===
The Imcando chief stepped forward, barely up to Arrav's waist, and explained, 'The spells of this shield shall protect you from any magicks the Mahjarrat can summon. This is why Zemouregal wants it: if he could possess it he could defeat any of his tribe. The Mahjarrat are a solitary and jealous race and always desire to topple each other, to enslave one another. Take this shield with you and Zemouregal shall have no power over you.'
===
'The spells of this shield shall protect you from any magicks the Mahjarrat can summon.
===
I fail to see how it's any magic?

He had a dimly remembered memory from his youth of tales of a fabulous shield that did not belong to this world, and that was strong against nearly every attack, but whose whereabouts were unknown.
===
It's the only similar quote I found in the text, but I still fail to see how it can block any magic?

To be fair, he's probably specified Mahjarrat because it is in the context of Zemouregal.
To use another metaphor, if you have a system that stops burglars sneaking into your house, it probably stops murderers from sneaking in too.

The pests do not come from the void though they pass through the void to get to Gielinor.
I have to say your second quote, Baxtorian, makes it sound like most magic as well as other things.

I agree that the Elder Kiln could be one of the artifacts considering the Tokhaar's history but not so sure about the other ones, the feel way to week.
I think that Jagex is going to add the other Elder artifacts as a deus ex machina for the God quest series. I don't see a normal person becoming a God without one.

Within the thread you'll find info about an item called the: "Golden boots of Arkaneeses."
"Golden boots of Arkaneeses"
"Stone of Jas"
Seems like the best candidate on your list imo. In fact the Fisher King could be an elder god in secret for all we know.

Nomad's soul obelisk at Soul Wars certainly seems strange.
-Nomad planned on surpassing Lucien with it. Something about that obelisk made him think he could take down the most powerful mahjarrat AND his army, but Lucien's minions only saw it as a game Nomad was wrapped up in, so it didn't get any powerful figure's attention. Soul Wars is a clever ruse for an artifact that's probably been there for a very long time, seeing that it's got an island around it that's already populated by monsters and fully-grown trees.
-It grants incredible power, not unlike the Stone of Jas, but that power is amplified and directed by taking the power from other beings, which the Staff of Armadyl has demonstrated through the banishment of Zaros and godhood of Zamorak.
-It's mostly buried, which explains why no factions aside from Nomad himself seem very interested in it. Nomad is the only one who ever saw it for what it is: a way of attaining tremendous power.
-The Decaying Avatar's examine text tells us that the avatars of creation and destruction were created by Nomad. Nomad must have had some way of creating life.
-The obelisk still stands, still collecting souls and gathering power. It'll probably remain there during and after the amazing events it's capable of causing.

@Kazmir Runik I dunno it being a throne doesn't seem Elder Godly to me. Perhaps you have something and I'll think about adding it but I am really unsure about it. In all respects not just in the sense of this thread.

Its being iffy is a part of the brilliance of its ruse. I doubt the dwarves made something like that, and since Nomad once followed Lucien, I doubt he would be able to make a powerful device like that (capable of gathering the power to overcome Lucien) without getting Lucien's attention. He's already tricked countless players into feeding power to the obelisk, and the throne piece, especially in appearance, certainly seems more godly than the Shield of Arrav's handle piece. Additionally, the soul obelisk's otherwise circular symmetry makes it seem like the throne could've been added later on.
It's similar to the Barrows icon in that it can store the power of souls, though the Barrows icon takes this as prayer points of the living rather than soul fragments of the dead.
Another artefact candidate would be the huge monolith in the wildy crater: our beloved "Guthix godsword" that lays in the heart of the Zarosian kingdom, seemingly in the center of the blast that made the Wilderness but also seemingly untouched by that blast..
EDIT: It was apparently placed by Guthix as a warning to the other gods. It's truly a godly sword, but would a huge sword really be threatening to gods if there wasn't something special about it beyond the reach of the other "young" gods?
