Perhaps but maybe it serves like the Bandos Ultimatum where it isn't that powerful else the other gods would surely seize it.
As for the obelisk perhaps that is one the throne I dunno. I will update the thread later with these new possibilities though.

Stone of Jas, Elder Kiln - No problems there. I have yet to see any evidence Jas was an Elder God, but given the nature of the Stone it seems likely. Confirmation is a mere formality.
The Shield of Arrav - I always thought it was made by the Imcamdo, although I believe there is evidence to suggest otherwise. I do recall Lassar once stood where Camdozaal can be found today, suggesting the shield originated there. I would imagine the origins of the symbol adopted by Arrav has been lost in time.
Staff of Armadyl - Bears Armadyl's mark. Coincidence?
Frostenhorn - I don't see it personally.
Barrows Icon, Relic - Unlikely and probably created during Zaros' time on Gielinor if not after.
World Gate - No evidence of origins or who created/closed it and could be a synonym of Portal of Life, although there is no evidence to suggest this.

Unless Nomad is an Elder God, the obelisk ain't one of their artifacts, according to Zimby Nomad built it himself.
He did say he found it there, I believe, or used to say so, but during tutorial Zimby apparently confirms Nomad built it himself.

So I'm not the only person in the world who thinks logically and wants evidence!
But seeing what Mark said about Jas creating the Kin, the world, and most likely the stone too... I am keen to say it is a good clue.

@Baxtorian As I said this is not a thread about evidence other than the 2 I definately think are said artefacts but a thread about speculation.
Thanks for the information about the obelisk I did not know that.
@Oneiromancer Mod Paul M on the lorestream says Jas, a runescape Elder God. I think that's confirmation.

Jas was confirmed to be an Elder God in the first livestream, when they answered my question.
I believe it was stated a long time ago that fairy rings use magic left behind by the World Gate. I could be wrong, however.
"There is no Good or Evil, no Light or Dark, Order or Chaos. Just knowledge and your own ability to know when to stop. And if you knew when to stop, you'd never achieve the impossible."
