Yes, Quin does have an ancient horn. Beind an avid portmaster I feel ashamed not to have thought of that-.-

The horn was described as ancient, it let Quin control all monsters, not just one.

Which horn is more likely to be the one? To be honest, quite hard to say. Frosten was just one of the 3. Quin has no other known power AND is never mentioned but for just once in one memory.

@Baxtorian Well they both do the same thing though yes? Could they not be the same thing? I know the timing would be a little hard to explain but do you know anything about when Quin was said to have the horn or still have it?

Remember the Frostenhorn does not act simply as one of the 3 but rather amplifies 2 which are a set the Frostenhorn just suits the purpose at this particular time. The Frostenhorn also has a powerful name unlike the other 2.

So it could go either way or they could be the same.

Guthix's Sword of the Edicts which he used to transfer another god's powers to himself is one of them. According to Guthix there are 12 artefacts of the elder gods. One is his sword, another is also the crown on Saradomin's head which is used to find the others and in turn draws them to him. This info is from the butterflies you catch that hold Guthix's memories.

Guthix also mentions that there are many of the elder artefacts in this land including a staff, which I assume is the staff of Armadyl, a horn, and a stone which is the Stone of Jas. Interesting to note apparently the Stone of Jas also allows its wielders to open portals to other realms, as Guthix mentioned that is how he ended the God Wars. It gave him enough power to open portals and *ast the other gods out of the world.

Powerful name lol. It just has a Mahjarrat name.

I'll dig up the info about Quin's Horn, though I do believe it's only mentioned once, possibly by Whaler(?), in one cutscene. For reason You mention, timeline, I hardly believe that can be the case.
I didn't mean the Horn works as a set element though, just that it didn't seem to differ form the other 2 when using it.

Quin's Horn though, IDK if it ampilified her power. Maybe yes, I cannot find any strong arguments against it. Just doesn't seem right.

Quin doesn't have the horn anymore, as she's dead by Zu-Zu's hands.
