Despite my interest in lore, I never liked lore quests that much. The Pirate quests followed by the Myreque quests are my favorite. A Clockwork Syringe and Branches of Darkmeyer in particular.

The Elven quests were fun at first but doing ME Pre-EoC made me want to kill myself.

Anything involving the Mahjarrat will have me hooked to a quest.

Best for me by far is The Ritual of The Mahjarrat, my god just seeing all the NPC's we've met throughout the game just makes me feel like a giddy school girl.

I'll have to go with Darkness of Hallowvale, the Vampire quests are my favorite series and Darkness... was probably the best single quest in the series so far. Morytania has always been my favorite part of runescape for it's horror-themed atmosphere and the monsters that inhabit it. The swamp scenery is great, and jumping through all the buildings and roofs in Darkness... is probably the most memorable part of any quest for me Gladio: Not looking so good prince charmless

Speaking of Darkness of Hallowvale, you should reread your first post...you cut off in the middle of a sentence and you don't continue it on the next post, it looks kinda awkward Gladio: Not looking so good prince charmless

I'd have to say Ritual of The Mahjarrat. I had fun training my skills to be able to start and complete it, and finally being able to play through the content was amazing. It was a perfect sequel to While Guthix Sleeps, and definitely exceeded my expectations.

I prefer it over WGS because it felt more complete - I can't exactly explain why, it just ...did. It left me with a sense of satisfaction and awe. It also got me more excited than anything else in the game. :P
