When I grow up I'm gonna go to UK and bring cookies for you! What do you like, Chipsmore? Famous Amos? Home made? Or something else?

(Though you'll have to wait for me to finish secondary school, maybe in 4-5 years :( , hopefully less.)

If Jack is really serious about wanting cookies for his work, I can order them online and have them shipped to Jagex. Though, I'm willing to bet that nobody will know who sent them cookies or why. Then whoever got there first would probably eat them all. :P

Just say the word and I'll have a package of Chip's Ahoy going to Jagex.

Anyway, there was some discussion based on my comment about a what-if situation where Zaros beat Zamorak. Well, don't mind me really. I was mostly just thinking out loud rather than actually trying to request anything. Obviously it would be a massive difference and impossible to realistically account for all possible outcomes as a result, not to mention probably not worth the time.

Now that I think about it, didn't Jack play a huge role in Mahjarrat Memories? Because there, it's very clear from Azzanadra memory that he wasn't present at the battle.

He did but I don't see anything making that clear. We know he left after the city fell and drove the Zamorakians out very quickly without their god but I don't think anything suggests he wasn't there.

I assume Erik is referring to this part:

Original message details are unavailable.
Rumours are spreading throughout the empire that the Empty Lord was destroyed in the battle. I cannot believe that. There is no power in this world capable of destroying him. He must be out there, but the portal has failed to establish communication.

If he were actually there, he might know as much as anyone else. If we assume that, there are a couple of ways to interpret this:

1) He was not there, and has to rely upon rumours of what happened.

2) He was there and knows that the rumours aren't confirmed fact, but is still responding to the possibility that the Empty Lord was destroyed (because no one, himself included, knows for sure).
The Asgarnian ale must flow.

Actually it could mean that he was there and knows about his defeat, and is talking about how the rumors of the battle are spreading throughout the Zarosian Empire.

He could have been incapacitated so he could have been there at the start but for whatever reason (unconscious, ring of life etc.) did not see the fight itself. The fact that some geniuses were laughed at does not imply that all who are laughed at are geniuses. They laughed at Columbus, Fulton, and the Wright brothers. But they also laughed at Bozo the Clown.

'destroyed in the battle. I cannot believe that.'

Zaros's body did fall lifeless at Zamorak's feet... It's quite understandable...

My point 2 covers that - I meant in point 2 that he was there but that no one (including those present, including him) knows for sure if the Empty Lord was destroyed or not.

And to save effort, you can recycle many of the pages from this one - Making the 'Zaros beats Zamorak' a sort of 'alt ending', perhaps.

I'd probably do a story rather than a comic. Comics are hard. Stories are easy.

I say comics are hard. It'd be easy if I had an artist.

Oh Jack, you are pleanty enough of an artist. Perhaps you should switch departments ;)

Unless these aren't your drawings, ofcourse, in which case we will have to Zamozap you.

I don't think anyone else would want to take credit.

I'll take credit. Yes. These are mine. Still discussing my payment, of course. Maybe permanent membership.
