The second spouse hasn't been confirmed male yet, but the fact Armadyl had a husband and had no qualms at all of talking about it speaks volumes of how culturally advanced the Armadylean faction is, especially in a medieval setting.
To be fair, being accepting of male - male relationships isn't proof of cultural advancement. The ancient greeks were very accepting of male - male relationships, in fact in some cities you were expected to engage in both kinds of relationships. However, often these relationships involved very young males with much older men.
I doubt this was the case at all with Armadyl or his aviancy, and I constantly am impressed by Jagex's, and especially Raven's inclusion of LGBT characters, (I think there is 4 npcs now) but let's just be careful with what we say.
