I have no time to argue with someone who will actively ignore facts.

Instead, why don't you look at page 20 of this thread? There you will find a reworked version of Summoning. It has changes far more drastic than the ones D claws and the revs got. By your logic, this is now new content and therefore fits your self-imposed guidelines for this game.

From what I've quickly gathered, it just looks like a bunch of cheap/unnecessary filler.

Not really, it requires level 60 which not everyone would opt for, especially since it raises your combat level. But for those who would value such a boon, it would be very useful to have.

The Ring of Returning, which I assume is the item sink you're referring to, would still be used due to the level requirement and Rune Dragon cannot fly you to Camelot which the Ring of Returning can also teleport you to.

I took great care to make those perks useful but also not OP to the point where they would be damaging.

This would also remove Risk from the Wilderness, as with some pkers that go to around 70 combat so they can almost attack any player, ie ; Fountain of Runes. Now players would be able to use a higher combat level to hide from lower level players. MP1 ... ?
