Again, I hate to tell you this but Summoning is not RS3 content by any stretch of the imagination. They are literally 5 years apart, that's half a decade. Heck, Summoning is more old school than a lot of the updates we already got in OSRS.

I likely said this before, but the problem is that too many people hate every part of summoning.

People will vote no to it if you include bob's.
People will vote no to it if you include combat familiars.
people will vote no to it if you include skilling familiars.
people will vote no to it if you include healing familiars.

There is no way to get it to pass that you will not have 25% of the players voting no.
