F2p teleblock failed three times. Jagex does NOT poll things four times, or they could just repoll something hundreds of times until it passes, essentially rendering polls worthless. F2p teleblock will never happen, end of story. A camel is an even-toed ungulate within the genus

Would you consider or have ever considered adding in various low and mid level whips in the game for f2p and p2p?
All there is right now is a couple tentacles and the abby whip for p2p but nothing else. I feel like the adding in of the content would be a great thing for the community. Something like leather whip, studded leather whip, spiked leather whip, giant rat tail and more.

Make a Vanilla OSRS server. Rs3 has its Vanilla version of the game which is Rs Classic. OSRS can have its own Vanilla server which was the release. There is a niche community that would enjoy this server; especially those who stayed in 2014 and didn't care about the trading post or any updates for the game, for that matter. Also those who did not vote or care for the G.E. Jagex has the capability for this. They've introduced Darkscape, Deadman mode, tournament worlds from time to time, and all other mediums. For those who don't support idea, this would have 0 harm to you or the community if this was implemented.

If anything, for those who've quit because they didn't like the direction OSRS was heading, they would have a server to play on. Then there are people who still play the game because it is fun/addicting but yet they would rather play on a Vanilla server. And finally for those that play F2p Ultimate Ironmen. I've talked to a lot of F2p Ult's and they all say the same thing, they love the challenge and its simplicity and that F2p hasn't dramatically changed. People like challenges and we've seen throughout the community from streamers and youtubers the content provided endorsing Jagex freely. This new server itself would be a challenge through its originality, yet simplistic gameplay, which some would hope to play again.

GIven that clans are a massive part of osrs & speaking from my own personal observations & experience, 6 ranks & a smiley face are not sufficient when running a clan over 160 active members. The runescape 3 clan ranking system would be a nice comparison of what is needed; adequate with between 10-12 ranks & bronze/silver/gold keys signifying admin/co owners... or even

customisable ranks

. Also, some sort of officiating system for clans that will allow official invitations into & dismissals from the clan. a seperation from "friends chat" into clan chat would be great as well. Having both would be lovely. thanks!

heres a list of my suggestion to make for easier comment reference (2 arent mentioned above)
1) additional ranks in the clan chat (customizable ranks preferrably, but definitely more ranks than just 6)
2) official system for invitation/dismissal from friends/clan chat
3) separation of clan chat/friends chat (addition of clan chat into game)
4) message/event board for clans
5) clan cloaks/bannisters/citadel
