if u vote yes for other dumb (sorry jagex) non '07 like' updates, why hate against GE?

The Grand Exchange was and update that released November 26th in 2007 . It was a marketplace that was added to Varrock to help make trading easier. It let you enter the price you wanted to sell for and had set mid-range average prices as well. You could buy the exact quantity that you wanted and for the price you wanted. The GE allowed players to sell and buy items through a secure trading system to prevent scamming and allowed them to go progress further in the game while waiting for their items to buy or sell instead of standing around waiting for someone to sell or buy from them. I think that this should be reintroduced to the 2007 server because it was an update that originally took place in 2007 anyway it would possibly bring a more widespread community and make some players that quit come back to the game. I at least think there should be a poll about the Grand Exchange.

The penance horn, as a reward from barbarian assault, that gives either 1.5x 1.75x or 2x xp in mining, agility, or firemaking (as it did when it was released in the main game)

the multiplier it gives to xp could be polled
