This great suggestion is to address "TRICK" pking (where you accidentally skull in the wild).
How the concept works: Currently when you attack another player you receive a white skull above your character. I'm adding to this concept in the following ways which is best explained in the following example.
Player 1 (The person that attacks you in the wild).
Player 2 (The 3 item"er" going through the wild for no particular reason!)
Player 1 attacks Player 2.
What Player 1 sees: Player 1 sees a white skull above his character (no change)
What Player 2 sees: Player 2 sees a Red Skull above Player 1's character.
What the Red Skull means. The Red Skull represents every player that has attacked you. So if for example, Player 3 decided to join in on the action and attack player 2.
Then Player 1 and Player 3 would both see that they have white skulls above their character.
But for Player 2, he would see that Player 1 and Player 3 both have Red Skulls above their character.
What it means to Player 2. Player 2 can attack either Player 1 or Player 3 with no risk of getting, "skulled".
In addition, in OSRS settings, the Player 'Attack' options would include, "The Red Skull". By setting this option, you would only be able to attack players that have attacked you. Meaning no accidental attacks and loss of items. Once enough time has passed, the Red Skull seen by Player 2 would go back to a "neutral" setting. Meaning Player 2 would see Player 1 and Player 3 both with white skulls above their character. This indicates that Player 2 can no longer attack those players without risking their items. Nor can he attack those players if the Red Skull, Player 'Attack' options have been set.
I don't believe that Jagex intended for players to accidentally skull. And we've all heard of stories of this happening and people quitting the game over it.
FOR pkers it's a cheap thing to do to try to trick someone into skulling...PEACE!
