Can we get a easier way to reset our combat stats like attack strength defense or Hit points?

Its always been a nightmare for me that one day i might get hacked and some one would level my hit points and ruin my account witch i worked really hard on to achieve on what i got. I was wondering how would i get my stats reset if it ever came to leveling my combat stats by a miss-click or hacker? Can you tell me please so i can learn the steps before and also share this with my fellow skillers also is there any plan on working on something to help us skillers reset our combat stats easier? so our fellow players don't quit runescape cause they think jagex won't help them with resetting there combat or hit points. I had a few friends quit runecape cause of something like that. Thanks if you reply back appreciate it.

Delete food combos. It should be fixed. After one piece ate, there should pass 2 seconds.
It is commonly abused shark+karambwans and swordfish+pizza.
Fix it atleast for PvP and F2P.

New crafting skill.
Turn wood logs into paper.
You would have to take papers to the bank to become bank notes.
Bank notes would be stackable.
This would give you an option to bank note items in inventory.

Also the option of making this a semi magic skill.
If it requires magic to turn items in inventory into a bank note.

Food combos has become a part of the game, so changin it would not be very beneficial for anyone.

Clan Update

1. Add in clans rather than just having the in-game clans in peoples FC. Make it so if leader leaves the clan the whole clan isn't lost

2. Clan capes when you make a clan you can buy a clan cape that acts like a team cape but only for your clan.

3. Clan stats: Show clan deaths, kills, exp, levels, members

4. Perma Ban from fc: Some people just come into friends chats just to be annoying in the pking clan scene in particular so having a ban list of people who can never join would be nice.

As many of us runescapers enjoy talking to friends over skype or teamspeak whilst playing the game it would be nice if there was an official jagex teamspeak program that would allow players to talk over mics without the worries of giving out personal details to strangers online.

The RC cape perk should give a chance to make extra runes, or a small % increase to the runes made. That or you get a few more uses out of your pouches before they degrade. The "acts as all tiaras" perk they have right now would be 99% useless because most RCer's use the abyss or won't mind wearing a tiara anyway. I just feel like it isn't enough of a reward for having ground out 99 RC.
