Scams & How to Avoid Them

I'm not sure if anyone posted about this scam yet, but it was attempted on me twice within an hour yesterday. And I've seen it attempted on other players as well within the last week. It's the first time I've seen it, so I'll post about it.
It is a variation of the "show me your inventory for free sharks!111" scam. A more cunning version of it, which I almost (but didn't) fall for. I'm calling it the teletab scam . Player 1 sells an item, for example 1k dragon bones for 1600gp each. The scammer then trades Player 1, who puts up the 1k dragon bones, and says "My friend is paying 1700gp each for those dragon bones in cammy!" "Here's a teleport to him.". The scammer then puts up a teletab, which costs about 1 - 2k gp. While the Player 1 still has his 1k dragon bones up in trade, scammer presses accept, hoping Player 1 forgets the dragon bones are there and accepts their "free" teleport.
Hopefully this helps prevent someone from falling for this tricky scam.
