i think its all fine.

i would think runescapes dead if they release items that benifit the game at a fee though.

ive put like £100 into solomons for the limited edition clothing and some animations and bank spaces and stuff.

the integrity of the game and the player perception of the game would be ruined if items were released that benifit gameplay.


unless
its a max of like 1% bonus exp.
same stats as like runite armour.

thatll be fine.
pointless making rune items anyway.
but ores will drop in price.

@Smiitte: Thank you for your support, and I agree that all those things would have made excellent content.

@Boidaz: Not all advantages are in stats and skills though, there are advantages in cosmetics as well. Also 1% bonus xp is valuable to many people, that is why people bother getting the mining and lumberjack outfit parts and why people buy auras that increase stats by very small percentages.

1. you don't think the fact that you are on these forums... no, even the fact that you play the game at all, encourages Jagex?

2. as far as I'm concerned, RWT IS allowed when Jagex does it... why you ask? ... oh i don't know... THEY OWN THE GAME? their game, their rules, free to bend to their will however they want.

just stop moaning and go play 07scape if you are upset. you are only bringing the game down by complaining.

aside from this, the "benefit" from the pets is that they pick up items for you, which hardly ever works properly for some reason... as for the banking, only 1 item per 10 minutes? psssh, only useful if you happen to get a rare.

The pets barely work. Familiars are more useful in these situations, in all honesty.
Extra bank spaces encourage a messy bank.

I expect people on the Solomon's store forums to support the solomon's store, but you can't just rule off my arguments simply because Jagex changes their philosophy.

Pet "barely working" or being inefficient doesn't remove the fact that they exist and do offer an advantage, however small it may be.
