Actually... I like it but...
If they are cosmetic items and we are paying money for them they should have put in more effort to it at the least :/ It's OUR money at the end of the day that's my only problem.......
But I only play games for cosmetics anyway, stats or not.
Stats given are just a bonus nowadays.

I support Solomon's store because there's nothing wrong with people paying money for in-game stuff. It's all cosmetic. Nobody needs 700 banks spaces. If you want extra bank, you're gonna have to pay something. Whether it's 7 bucks a month for mem, or 20 bucks for Solomon's. I don't have a problem with Solomon's store because you can't get gold from it.
The SoF however...that I have a huge problem with. And for most of the points you mentioned, that's my issue with SoF. But Solomon's is fine.

This thread resonated very strongly with me. I am incredibly against RWT, due to the fact that I used to be a HUGE supporter of MapleStory. I saw and experienced the effect of micro transations on the game's economy and free to play, and how the enjoyment crumbled and died horrifically due to the real world trading aspect. Not only is there a Cash Shop, but there is an "MTS" (Maple Trading Store) where players can trade real money for in game items. This has forced a huge amount of people to spend money (myself included) just to be on par with the more wealthy people.
Cosmetics is also an incredibly valid point that people should not be dismissing as superfluous. I care very strongly about the appearance of my in game avatar, and I follow the trends that are created due to what the social community deems as attractive. Fads in game can be created, merely by people using common equipment. One of the reason that I think many items such as the Abby whip are so appealing to me, is because it is so commonly used.
I have seen micro transactions DESTROY games, and because I care so strongly for RuneScape, I am a strong supporter of this tread, and anti RWT.

i dont like how this is going..... Jagex betrayed us the new hairstyles and other crap should be in the game what the hell you pay to play now pay to look better? ***ex..... and i used to be a member all the time till grand exchange ..... since all the prices are messed up every single day...... why even pay for that stress?
be a member threw so and so months and get this crap! well what about 5 years of membership? wheres my reward ******** ***** this vindictus is better
