Support, and to all the idiots laughing at this guy..maybe you should take the time and look at the full picture because he has a point, people say "oh its only cosmetics, or I like the store." well ok yea it might just be cosmetics, and regardless if it has ingame effects or not jagex is just testing to see what kind of revenue they can make from selling items, they will continue to sell more "effective" products for in-game bonuses and such as time goes on, how would you like for them to make a new boss and say well for 40$ you can attempt to defeat this boss for special rewards? I also laugh at the fact they claim to sell the cosmetics due to the fact they spend more time on them, well jagex I thought we paid memberships to support your updates...so now we must pay a membership AND extra money for specific updates if we want them? Not to mention half the things in the store look like crap and probably took them little to no time to throw in there, but more to the point...things are changing in runescape to the point where it will never be as good as it was, or as popular (thus why they sell items to make up for membership loss in revenue), jagex knows that...why else would they sell part of their ownership to their buisness, unless they knew it was a FAILING BUISNESS. They are milking whats left of Runescape dry for every penny its worth while they still can, anyone who has any knowledge in buisness knows once your product starts to fail, make as much from whats left of it and start a new project.
