I think there are better ways to implement partyhats of the extended color wheel than SGS. That isn't to say that this won't be the most profitable update for Jagex that they'd only support themselves, but players would certainly revolt if it's implemented in any way.

Rather than introduce new ones, I feel it'd be first wiser to develop a plan to make the partyhats more obtainable for those whom lust after one - hypothetically speaking, of course. From there, carry on new colors.
