Lots of players were around when party hats were obtainable, but the game itself had many flaws at the time that allowed people to be scammed or hacked and lost them. Those returning players probably have no way of ever getting another one no matter how hard the grind or even buying bonds. I think party hats being priced in the 4-5k usd range i ridiculous. To lower the costs they could re release 500 or so and help drive the price down. I also believe it would help the economy a bit also. Large amounts of Money from super wealthy would be distributed to 500 more people. The less money the super rich have the lower offer on other items would be which in return would lower the price of other items.
