Hello, Ive recently returned and ive been checking the forums for ways to get GPH shards fast and saw this thread.
The only thing I can say about this suggestion is that is one of the dumbest things ive read in a while since its not a suggestion but a way of begging Jagex to give you a legendary party hat for free.
Absolutely no support, go earn GP and get yourself a real party hat and maybe keep sake it rather making such ''suggestions''.

Not even in OP did i say this so im willing to pay a moderate price as long as its understandable.

For example, the same price as legendary pets.
