Back on topic now please. I wait for the day Jmods approve Fmods to edit posts into something acceptable when possible rather than always hiding posts -_- many I see get hidden have some great points and I feel some kinda way about whole posts getting removed for a couple sentences.

Rather than introduce new ones, I feel it'd be first wiser to develop a plan to make the partyhats more obtainable for those whom lust after one - hypothetically speaking, of course. From there, carry on new colors. +1.
