Support since I lost my original account which I had a party hat and it would be nice to relive the nostalgia without having to spend 4000$ in bonds or needing for other to have to resort to under the table methods. I've been playing this game since 2000-2001 and when holidays items were originally given they were meant to be a fun item for the holiday and not some profit item which they have became hence why all new items are untradable for holidays. There really shouldn't be any reason why we can't have a replica for general players who are interested.

No support for devaluing rares by re-releasing them as replicas or otherwise. If you want a RS where everyone has party hats, old school is an option. Also, there's already a chromatic party hat in-game. The only scenario I would say this would be okay is if the amount of party hats in-game was reduced to 0 or at least to an extent where they are practically never traded, and even then I would go as far as to say it's probably better to just let them become nonexistent. RS3 has went in a very different direction to Old school like how Romeo and Juliet was removed from the game. It doesn't seem like a great impression for new players if when they log in everyone is wearing a party hat. Even on Old school it seems a bit outlandish, to be honest.
