Hey Mod Mike, this is dominic and i have a slight problem, and when i mean slight i mean i have a pretty bad problem right now, but the jagex guardian is pretty cool, but i unfortunetely didnt write my answers down and i cant remember the answers completely, and i cant play runescape on my friends computer now because it, ive played runescape since about 2007-2008 and im very happy and love runescape, but i cant play it now because its restricted to my own comp, its my own fault but if you could plz, disable the gaurdian for my account this one time. i will forever be thankful =] the username is cobrabite 8 or wolf reaver now, but if you could plz disable it, that would mean alot.

guys,for those who forgot their answers,try writing to JAG@jagex.***,and ask them to reset your JAG,then set it up again and WRITE DOWN YOUR QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS.This should help.
PS:If a mod can see this post,edit the e-mail so everyone can see it in its full form....its your e-mail adress after all.

dear mod mike,
I have an issue with mine account JAG.
I didn't read the question that were asked so i writed some random stuff.
Recently i tried to log in on my other computer it didn't let me log in.
So im asking if u can delete it of my account i got the asnwers tho but not in orders like i did the first time i can't remember the question.
btw the answers were: neusman1 neusman2 neusman3 neusman4 neusman5.
If u need more information about my account send me something like a mail in my account inbox and i will answer them with pleasure ;) like:
old pass:
old display names:
membership payment etc:
account ceation:
I won't write them right here because it's some privite stuff inbox me if u want proof that im owner of the account

Hi, I have tried to add another device to my account last night. But when it came to my security questions.. apparently I kept getting one of them wrong and I cant tell which one it is. Maybe I forgot the answer to one of them, though I dont see how I could have unless i decided to just put in a random answer. I was wondering if Jagex can send me an Email and at least give me the chance to change the answers? I would be very appreciative if you guys can do this for me. I hope to hear from you soon, Jagex. Thank you.
I also dont remember being asked those questions too.. and I was asked 3 questions... and I thought there were 5?

To answer your question, you have 5 questions and it asks a random 3 from the 5 each time you add a new device. So this helps with security because it randomizes your answers each time. Hope this helps you and clears it up :)
