*h, it's a decent update but too little too late, how many people have been hijacked and lost all of there things for being inactive just as I almost did 120ish days ago. Luckily I saw they had tried to change my email on my account too, and with a bank pin it stopped them which was good. Also instead of more arbitrary pointless questions and more hassle, should have done like you were going to years ago, and like many mmo's have done. Offer a security key that generates a random number to your smart phone, and if you don't have a smart phone, you could get a usb stick that does the same, that could be bought at the jagex store for a few bucks, it would have been the only useful thing on there lol, Really not that hard to do, I think these new questions are too much of a hassle for people who are on the go a lot of the time, and don't always have a computer to call their own. Nevertheless though I guess it's better than how it's been before, where people can just recover you after so long of being inactive easily.

Can someone please help me. I want to secure my account to Jag but im not able to. I have gone to my settings and accepted the Jag, it says to go my email and wait for the link. I have done this like five times already but I have not gotten an one yet. I have checked my spams and other files but there seems to be no email regarding to Jag. Can someone help solver this problem. Thanks you help is greatly appreciated.

Hey Hades Ring, I had the same problem when i did it. Although the email did eventually come through it took quite a while. I'm not sure how long exactly, but just be patient and it will come through soon enough.

I am having a heck of a lot of trouble with the JAG thing, cause every time I try to adjust it, like add another computer, or change the way the JAG is, the email doesn't even come! Please help, or tell me what I am doing wrong! Also, I have waited a week, so it can't be being delayed, there must be a bug/glitch. Please hurry, JMods! :@

I am having a problem with JAG, and the support system doenst have a option for JAG, so thought i would post it here. what happens is that i cannot log on a play due to JAG blocking the access. it shouldnt be doing this because it is from a trusted browser and is registered on JAG aswell. but for some reason it does not recognise it. Ive had to add the same browser/client 5 times now. Any ideas how to solve this issue?
please do not refer me to account support because it does not help at all.
