I still fail to grasp this concept. The entire point of the bank pin is to protect your items from anyone accessing your account against your will. It's a security feature.
Instead of making us use JAG, I ask for the second time; why not just require the bank pin upon login henceforth known as "security code?" Unless you were to be playing on a bot client, which obviously has access to the source code, it's impossible for anyone to get your security code without you actually telling it to them.
Think about working at a bank, every employee who has access to the vault/cash drawers must enter a 4-6 digit personalized security code. Or an even simpler example is your home security system; you open the door and you have 15 seconds to enter the code on the keypad by your door or the alarm goes off.
The answers to your JAG questions on the other hand, can be phished just as easily as your P-word and username by means of a keylogger/fake login site.
Is this why we are yet to see the bot nuke? And why all we've seen in the past couple months has been SGS/SOF updates, and crap no one cares about like the graphics on the kiln cape? Because you were working so hard on your oh-so-poorly thought out account guardian?
Come on Jagex. Like really.
