I need some help.
I utilize a Mobile Email address for my Runescape stuff, which is convenient for on-the-go notifications of updates, billing notices and etc.
However, this also means that when I attempt to activate JAG, the only way I can do that is to follow the link on my Mobile, which always states: "Communication Failure"
I get the idea that perhaps the page is too big for a mobile? Or it could be the LOGIN pop-up feature when you access the account settings, etc.
Regardless, the company clearly stated you cannot access your inbox from a computer, and the relatively unsecured notifications I see in the lobby are no help to my nerves.
I've tried copying the link from the Mobile Email into the address bar of my Netbook browser (the device I want to register) but even letter for letter with 100% accuracy, it says "Invalid Link"
So while it is convenient for on-the-go notifications, I appear to be stuck. Any advice? I don't want to change the emails for this, after all, since it's the one I registered under.
