Yes the thing is I didn't write them down and I have a dynamic IP which means, i have no access to my account now because i set my JAG as permanent for an IP address in which i don't use anymore, and i have forgotten my recoveries. It has been 3 days since i last logged on.
Please Jagex get back to me ASAP.

This is an awesome feature to add to the game. I'm always worried that one day I might log in to find myself hacked (no matter how careful I am).
Now I can have the biggest peace of mind ^_^

hey mod mike.
i am currently in your friends chat, and need your assisstance.
i have recently recovered a stolen account.
every detail has been changed but as i logged in the jagex account guardian would not let me log in. i tryed disabling it but i do not know the answers as the hijacker set the questions and answers. when you come online or read this can you please assist me in this matter.

i have the same problem as Qilf ,and i already sent you an email explaining everything,3 days without runescape has been very awful to me please get back to me ASAP jagex please.
you should of warned people with dynamic ip addresses not to try this, please solve it for me.

Hi, i recently went of vacation and got back to see my account had been hacked. I had the account gaurdian and everything set up so i dont know how it happen.I've even checked my emails and it showed someone tried to access my account 4 diffrent times, but i guess they did something to get im my account. The thing that scared me was they got in my bank ( i do have a pin setup) aswell stealing 45m cash, bandos tassets and chestplate, along with all my sharks and monkfish which was about 15m cash ( striding for 99 cooking). I just wanted to know is there anyway i could get that back, ive spend so long on getting all that and really breaks my heart that i dont have much of anything else.

Its a very good protector but, i wanted to log in from my outher pc only it would not work it said it rended a e mail to do it only i never got the e mail i checked the e mail settings those were good but how can i make 2 computers allowd to do it or disable the guardian HELP ME!!!

I try to log on this account because I dced, but it says I'm in a members only area and i need to move my account to a free to play area to log in. How am I supposed to do that if I can't log in? This is bull. Someone bring me to edge. I create an account to play a game but now I cant even play. WTF is this?
