Gosh! This is too much hard work, just making the choice of which skill to invest the 350k exp into, and which to invest the rest of the 1mil into!
Chayses, Jagex should advise us which is the freaking hardest and boring-est skill lmfao xD If you can't be a pencil to write anyone's happiness, then try to be a nice eraser to remove someone's sadness.
