Promissory Notes Coming Today!

I Havent Been A Member for all of runescape but if i dont get the note im gonna be ****** and hope somebody can give me 350k xp ive been a paying customer for a while and i quit and i came back thats a ******* scam thanks jagex ********!

10 hours and counting, only thing that tells me I should be getting this promissory note is the news article. No popups, no messages in my chat box. Nothing.
I'm assuming the machines not got to me yet, and i've got a while to wait still, but I can't help feeling like yet again I won't be receiving my promised item.
For Example back in December 2011 remember when they were going to give people the loyalty points every day for being a member? I didn't get any at all. Even though I signed up to their 6 months package and also used a 3 month card somewhere around then.
:/ kinda wondering why I seem to have missed out twice even though I've had membership nonstop for 14months
Edit: (at least 14 months, since loyalty programme began.)
Edit 2: I just relogged at 8:20pm and received my note, Pleased that I have this, now to decide what to use it on.
