tacticalpuke i think you not been a member the whole month try to email the billing support so please ask them about when in august you started being member and if there has been a gap in august.

Can Anyone here answer this question;
Also, do we get a note if for some reason we haven't been successful. I should get mine eventually but just in case I don't is there some kind of "Unlucky you have not been successful but keep your subscription active ........." note. I did look at the forum but I wasn't able to find an answer to this question of mine.
I did post it but no one answered me.
