Jasons Rs, it doesn't really matter what you're doing while you wait because you can always pick the note up from Diango later :) . It doesn't run out untill the end of this year so no need to hurry ;P.

I am going to use my note on herblore. Prayer is a good thing to use it on! Saves alot of money :P .

there's no minimum skill level. But, the lower your desired skill lvl is, the more exp withdrawals u need to do for that particular skill, having maximum of 350k experience :) Join Altar today!

I don't mind waiting at all, it's a gift from Jagex for being a member.
However what i do mind is that on the front page it's been stated some notes have already been given out, and i cannot find a single person who has received theirs. Could someone please prove me wrong or are Jagex lying to us, again, in their news updates.
