Thanks for replying, Zach, it restores my faith in Jagex (not that it had gone you know!). I've popped a sticky in the Recent Game Updates forum as there was some threads there, but it seems to have quietened down now :)

First thing is look at your membership since on the forums. however, this isn't 100% accurate as this is based on a week or so grace period.
Looking on the back end systems it would appear you are eligible (although I'm not billing so I am prone to some mistakes here). It seems all fine and dandy.

tyrex - if you have had membership from 1st August 2012 to today (including those days) then you'll be eligible. If you missed a day in between or anything, then that's OK as long as you subscribed back to members within 24 hour.
Basically - if you've been in the members side of the game for the whole of August, you'll be fine :p that's how I'm trying to remember anyway
Zach - :) they do indeed! Don't get a partyhat like Sushi Pi, partyhats are for nubs (lol). Get some whacky hair!
