Ah god damnit.. I just checked my paypal and it you're correct.
I didn't make my account members until the 4th, I made my friends pure member on the 31st.. Now I'm extremely rustled :\. I saw the 'expires 31st august' and assumed I made this members too.. Ah well, Seems like maxing will take an extra day or so.

Firstly and most importantly thanks for the lovely words. :P
Secondly, the note is taking a long time to get to everyone. It is likely to take all day potentially (a large number of hours) so it's more likely you haven't got it yet.
Assuming you only missed 4 hours or so you WILL be eligible for the note.

I was hoping this would be like the mad-may double exp necklace, not just giving out 350k exp without having to train the skill at all. 350k exp gets you to level 62 from level 1, then 1.05m exp gets you to level 73.
I remember the days when the one and only grandmaster quest of this game gave you 400k exp as a reward. If being imbued with power from the oldest artifact in Gielnor gives you 400k exp, it's nice to know that the Jagex team's membership promoters are over 2.5x as powerful as the elder gods.
