Sorry to be blunt here but if you have every opportunity to ask and clarify any questions about why action is being taken in the way it is, about how the changes have been made or any other aspect of it. Yet you still decide to come on the forums and just claim being lied to and have a closed minded mentality then I really won't be able to help you, your mind is already made up.
I am not going to try and change your mind but please don't discuss that topic on this forum as this is more for people trying to get their questions answered about this promotion.

No, you can still get it you just need to withdraw the XP a few times.
No skill level, just a cap on how much XP based on your level *per withdrawal*. So if your low level you just have to make more withdrawals. It's to stop people using more XP then expecting in one skill.

I would like to start by saying I think you're doing an excellent job answering all our queries, how ever mine still stands.
I checked that Diango and he didn't say anything about XP so I can only assume I am not eligible for it. that's kind of a bit harsh considering I was a member for about 740/744 hours of august. Can something be done or am I doomed to another lost holiday reward?
