@Xg0ds Archx I am not a mod however the advice I can give you is wait till Midnight so about an hour and 15 minutes. Relog every half hour or so with a space in your inventory. If that fails contact billing support with the steps outlines in the post above yours.
Hope this helps
I have been member all month apart from a couple of hours before I re-registered again...
But I have not received any free exps?!
Will I not receive anything for a couple of hours overlap??!!
Can someone please help me, I would like to know either way.
Thanks
@l love yew x Look at the advice I gave to Xg0ds Archx in the post above yours. It applies to your situation too.
@Petee Wait a couple hours and play as normal. If you still get nothing after relogging with a space in your inventory contact customer support.

I do not have mine. I have been a member, without missing a day for almost 3 solid years.
No promissory note for Fournaridis?
My feelings are hurt. I wouldn't expect any less from Jagex. They've been trying to stick it to me since day one.
@Fournaridis Lol I'm sure many people feel that way about Jagex. However give it another hour and 10 minutes. Log out every half and hour or so with a space in your inventory. If you still do not have it contact customer support with the following steps.
Steps to Contact Billing Support
1) Log into Webpage up near Play Now!
2) Click on forums.
3) Click on the billing support forums.
4) Click on the billing support forum intro thread.
To Send a Ticket follow these steps:
5) Click on Message Centre which is highlighted in yellow.
6) Reenter login details.
7) Follow the onscreen intructions.
To send an email follow these steps:
5) Click on Email Billing Support which is highlighted in yellow.
6) Copy the email address.
7) Send an email to that address.

It's okay. I appreciate you trying to console me, but there's no hope for me. You can only kick a man when he's down so many times.
I'm crushed.
