In the summertime, when the weather is hot, you can take part in, whatever offer we got...
(I decided to stop writing my own lyrics to that song before I butchered it!)
We are getting a lot of queries regarding missing Promissory Notes that should have been delivered today if you were a member throughout August.
If you think you qualify for the item automatically but can't find it after logging in, then here's some tips on how to resolve the issue and enjoy the benefits of that extra XP:
• The item is added to your inventory or bank on login if you have a space
• If it is added on first login you will receive a pop-up message notifying you of this
• If you don’t have a space simply free up a slot
• Then logout and login to receive the item
• Note that Diango will not hand out the item at the present time
If you've done this and still don't have the XP note it's highly likely this is due to unsuccessful payments or an unexpected lapse in membership, so have a double check. If you are still in doubt then feel free to post up in the ‘Help with Member Benefits’ thread so we can check it out for you! If eligible we can then make sure you receive the full rewards which include the 1 million xp and ‘choose your fate’ items!
Please note that we will need to wait until 1st October 2012 to do this, as due to the way our system works we need a full overview of your Sizzling Summer eligibility. The reason for this is that adding these items sooner could result in duplicate items (depending on what you automatically receive for the month of September) which could render them unusable! I know I wouldn’t want unusable XP bonuses!

Obviously, reason why I'm in question on why you are filling the forum with the copy and pasting the basic information when its pretty much on very page. But as I have asked now repeatedly, WHERE ARE YOU OBTAINING THIS INFORMATION.
If its for a question for billing I am now to assume you know as much as I do on the topic and can only rely on what you have read in the same places I mostly have read.
Though for others I'm a firm believer their is no stupid questions, beside the already answered ones.
EDIT: I reread that and laughed, I fit my name rather well.

It says "member all through out August 1st GMT- August 31st GMT" they added GMT to include the time as well, so basically 1st of august 12:00am GMT - 1st September 12:00am GMT, I recommend you wait for a billing support mod to come and answer your question if you already posted.

Hey! :) Uhm.. I'm very concerned about something. I've been waiting countless hours and I have not received this xp item. As you can see it's September 1. :l I've been a member throughout August. My brother and I made memberships around the same time and he got his yesterday around 5 oclock eastern time.. So idk.. I'm very worried hat I will not receive this because it's not August anymore. I went to sleep last night hoping it'll appear in my inventory, but it hasn't.. It's very disappointing.. I don't know what to do. I realize there's going to be another one at the end of September, but that just seems very far away.. Even though it's September 1st im still waiting for it, because i know it'll do a lot for my account.. I'm not begging, but I really need this xp :l
