In the summertime, when the weather is hot, you can take part in, whatever offer we got...
(I decided to stop writing my own lyrics to that song before I butchered it!)
We are getting a lot of queries regarding missing Promissory Notes that should have been delivered today if you were a member throughout August.
If you think you qualify for the item automatically but can't find it after logging in, then here's some tips on how to resolve the issue and enjoy the benefits of that extra XP:
• The item is added to your inventory or bank on login if you have a space
• If it is added on first login you will receive a pop-up message notifying you of this
• If you don’t have a space simply free up a slot
• Then logout and login to receive the item
• Note that Diango will not hand out the item at the present time
If you've done this and still don't have the XP note it's highly likely this is due to unsuccessful payments or an unexpected lapse in membership, so have a double check. If you are still in doubt then feel free to post up in the ‘Help with Member Benefits’ thread so we can check it out for you! If eligible we can then make sure you receive the full rewards which include the 1 million xp and ‘choose your fate’ items!
Please note that we will need to wait until 1st October 2012 to do this, as due to the way our system works we need a full overview of your Sizzling Summer eligibility. The reason for this is that adding these items sooner could result in duplicate items (depending on what you automatically receive for the month of September) which could render them unusable! I know I wouldn’t want unusable XP bonuses!

You realize I have been a member nonstop from that point, in fact my membership should not run out till sometime in quite a few months from now. I tend to prepay for large amounts of time, Well I did before the loyalty member system came out I was a member for more then 4 years before it came out. Since then I've slacked had things to do so I tend to forget now a days, that's why I buy months in bulk. I have been a member from Aug 1 to Now, and in fact beyond. All of course prepaid.
Also, I feel bad that Moderators are so busy they rely on players who have the exact same information. If you know anywhere where the information is posted in exact time frames, why don't you just link people to these resources themselves.

I did, lacking of Moderator support and a flood of the uninformed, people asking why they joined today and didn't get it and the such.
I was trying to ask you guys where you found this info, I went back and and re-read all of the old info about it It says If you join on August first, your still able to receive the promotions. That is why I'm curious on why you say you need it on the 31'st of July to be acceptable for the rewards.

Of course the thought is simple. But they said you can JOIN the fun on the 1'st like "Its not to late, join today (the 1'st of August) to take part and get the full benefits of the reward"
I.E They said if you joined the 1'st the month of time would still be counted. Reason why I asked you for were you got that information and why I'm waiting for an admin on the billing forum to answer my question, but chances it will be skipped over. Many other players who claim they have been members non stop for over a year are having issues obtaining their exp reward.
