Firstly Have you been a member for all of August, (With no membership GAPS MORE than 24 HOURS)?
Secondly Have you tired logging out and logging back in with at least one free inventory space.
Additionally If you still don't get it please try logging out and and back in, into to a different world, this could help prompt it to pop up.

hello jagex im here to inform u that the beta is a big mistake as most would agree if u choose to disagree create maybe a vote so player can really choose what game there play i know with this update u will lose thousands of player in just a few days so let the player decide for once let the runescape players choose u create this game to be played and it wont be played after this cuase then it will just end up being called world of warscape.

@Eagles Pride Firstly there were bugs and I doubt they went through people individually. It will be done automatically so blame the system. There is plenty of advice in this thread to ensure you have the best chance of getting the item now.
