But what was the logic behind making it that way?
I would like to hear what exactly the reasoning behind not allowing us to use
the xp all in one go as we see fit.

what are the levels needed to turn the Promissionary Note into Lamps so you can use them on.
so far i only know of 1.
350k = Level 86

I have been member, but it expired the 27th at 6:00 am, i went out for 2 days on vacation and whilst there got members, will i still get my experience? please jagex help me with this problem. Message back soon.
