After 5 years or more without playing I decide to come back, but this time as member.
On august 4th I start my membership, due to an e-mail I receive about promotion called summer squizzle and 1m xp reward.
Yes it works, the e-mail made me come back to game and as member.
Now, after almost 1 month I didnt receive my reward, what a deception...
I m asking you now: you wanna give me my reward or you just dont care aboult particular cases and will say: rule is rule ?
I want the full reward, of august and the one at end of september if I keep playing this game as member (I will certaly do it).
If you choose not gimme my reward, pls delete my e-mail from your list because it wont work, I will never join this game again, I wont belive in any e-mail I receive from your team.
Pls answer me fast, my billing is set to automatic and I need to cancel it in 1 day if you want me to quit the game.
I hv like 90% sure you will understand my side, and will reward me.
